Down 1.8# for this week. That makes me down 11.7# for the challenge and I get a new button! WOOHOO! (Although I have yet to actually shrink my jeans :( )
I want to keep drinking my water and getting my fiber. I need to work on getting more sleep and logging more exercise minutes.
