Mom, I want a Snuggie!

Um, yeah, ok, was my original reaction.

Have any of you seen this commercial? I had no idea what it was until The Boy said it is what he wanted from Santa. Now I can't get away from the commercial. I see it at least 5 times a day.

The boy has also mentioned numerous times since Christmas that he is really sad that Santa didn't bring him a Snuggie. FOR PETE'S SAKE!!! The kid got a Leapster 2 and some Star Wars toys. Goodness!

Hopefully between my sewing mom and I we can figure out how to make one for both of the kids so I can stop hearing about it. (Secretly I want one too, I realized the other night how nice it would be to have one while I was curled up in a chair reading. Shhhhh!)

Matt and I were crackingup about these the other night...they remind me of unfastened hospital gowns, personally!

The first time Bruce and I saw the commercial we were laughin hysterically because the people looked so silly in them-kind of like Biblical characters. They do look warm though.

baaaahahaha! My mom got me a "slanket" for Christmas. I haven't seen the infomercial before that! And have you tried to fold one of those!

Tell him maybe Santa will bring him one next year.... gives him time to forget about it!

I just found your blog through the Sisterhood and was taking a peek at your past entries when I found this. My mom sent me a snuggie and I really don't like it. It's thin and way to big. Did you end up making one? Or did you buy it? How'd you like it?
