Time to get Serious

Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans

I have decided to join the lovely women and man at Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans for their Valentine's Day Challenge.

I have 3 goals:
1. Lose 1 pound a week
2. Healthy snacks and suppers at the office
3. Journal everything I eat and make sure I am drinking my water
