Weigh In Wednesday

Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans



I am happy and proud to say that I am down 5.5lbs since we started. That is amazing since I did gain some over the weekend due to my Holiday Party for work.

My goals will continue to be the same. I still have to figure out some healthy snacks for the office. I think I have the suppers figured out. I joined WW last week so I journal all of my food online.

On to Week 2!!

Some of my favorite snacks are: assorted fruit, Fiber One Bars (chocolate & caramel), 100 calorie bags of micro popcorn, Baked Scoops & Salsa, Reduced Fat Wheat Thins & Laughing Cow Cheese, WW Yogurts, & Reduced-Fat String Cheese

Way to go! I like any of the 100 cal packs. My fave right now is chocolate covered pretzels and yes it is 100 cal. Fills my crunchy and chocolate need!
