Weigh In Wednesday-Power of One

Power of One Challenge
One week down!!

I didn't do too bad this week.  I got a head cold/sinus thing last week which kept me from going to the gym, but I got a couple days in.  I went to muscle work class last night and then did 20 minutes on the elliptical for my "Last Chance Workout."

Goal Check-in:
*Lose 10lbs this challenge--Week 1 and I am down 3.
*Water Water Water--I did pretty good with this since I was trying to flush the cold out.
*Calcium--YIKES!  Not one day this week did I remember to take my Viactiv.
*Gym Routine--Still working on this.

I feel like I overate 2 or 3 days this week.  Mostly just leftover holiday treats.  I know I ate 4-5 popcorn balls in one night and washed them down with a nice glass of Bailey's. ;)

We are getting back into the swing of things with school and work.  I need to menu plan and organize so I'm not rushed in the evenings trying to figure out dinners and then rush to the gym.

On to week 2! :)
